Excellent Prosecco!
This Prosecco is amazing! I ordered a few bottles for a party, and everyone loved it. The bubbles were perfect, and it was so crisp. Shipping was quick to California. I will definitely be buying more from Grappolo, and telling all my friends about it!
Solid experience, good wine
I ordered an Italian Red Wine Case. The website was easy enough to navigate, though finding detailed tasting notes for each bottle took a bit of clicking. Delivery to Houston was surprisingly quick, about 5 business days, and everything was packed really well. No broken bottles, which is always a plus. The adult signature requirement was clearly stated at checkout. The wines themselves were great, especially the Valpolicella Ripasso, very smooth. I had a quick question about one of the smaller vineyards and their customer support responded to my email within a day. Overall, a pretty good first experience with them.
Good wine, delivery could improve
I purchased a bottle of Super Tuscan and a Gavi. The wine quality was really good, especially the Super Tuscan. However, delivery took a full week to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long, especially since I was home waiting for the signature. The packaging was secure though, no issues there. I appreciate the unique selection, but faster shipping would make it even better.
